This is *rins-arts OC Valentine.
This was done with both Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 an Corel Painter Essentels 3.
Ooooooooh I just love Corel Painter
It just colors so wonderfuly. The background was done in Photoshop but the rest was done in Corel. I love how th background came out. Sorry it's the same background as the ref pic that I was given but I just thought that it went so well with her. I just had to use it.
